Dr. Fazila Kareem is an experienced family physician with 14 years of clinical practice. She holds the qualifications MBBS, MCPS in Family Medicine, MCPS in Dermatology, and MRCGP. Fluent in English, Urdu, Balochi, Pashto, and Persian.
She provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care with special interests in dermatology, women’s health, and chronic disease management in elderly. Her expertise includes skin cancer screening, mole checks, and minor surgical procedures such as skin lesion excisions, suturing, biopsies and pressure ulcers management. She manages a wide range of conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, allergies, and other skin disorders; women’s health issues such as menstrual disorders, menopause, contraception, and PCOS; chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, mental health as well as general practice presentations such as respiratory and urinary tract infections, musculoskeletal problems, preventive health checks, immunization.
