Dr Richard Leavy

Dr Richard Leavy obtained his medical degree from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland 1975 and has practiced medicine for over 40years. He continued his studies completing a Diploma in Child Health and a Diploma of Dermatology. He has recently returned from working amongst the indigenous communities up North in the Kimberley’s and he also has spent some time in Alice Spring’s in previous years. He commenced working at our practice in 2022 and brings an absolute wealth of knowledge, with special interests in General Medicine and Aboriginal Health. He is a family man and in his spare time enjoys fishing, golf and travelling.
